"The meaning of our self is not to be found in its separateness from God and others, but in the ceaseless realization of yoga, of union." - Rabindranath Tagore

JK (Karthik)
JK has been practicing yoga and meditation since childhood and was drawn into Western style Hatha Yoga practice while living in Seattle. What started as a way to relieve a tight back from hours at the gym turned out to provide unexpected benefits in the form of a cure for sinus issues and a calmness of mind not seen since childhood.
Karthik is a registered experienced yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 200 level and is currently pursuing his 500 hour teacher training with Shiva Rea.
He has attended advanced workshops with other master teachers including Bikram Choudhary, David Swenson, Dharma Mittra, T.K.V. Desikachar and Robert Svoboda among others.
Karthik also works at Microsoft as a manager and has a Master's in Computer Science from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
Seka Ojdrovic
Seka (SAY-kuh) is a heart and creativity-inspired yoga teacher thanks to her training in Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow and John Friend’s Anusara yoga. By picking up and moving solo to the lost land of New Zealand five years ago, she found yoga as a port in the storm and a welcome buoy of sangha (sacred community).
She studied with Twee Merrigan in Prana Flow’s Energetic Alignment module and has also worked with Anusara instructors Desiree Rumbaugh and BJ Galvan. Her teaching style is increasingly influenced by her current fascination with Forrest yoga which she picked up upon moving back to the States in early 2011.
Her classes are accessible and challenging, with a focus on deep breathing as the soul of each student’s unique experience.
