Note: Full payment will be refunded if tour is cancelled by the organizers for any reason. Refunds for other cancellations will be as follows

70% of the amount paid if cancelled by Oct 15th

50% of the amount paid if cancelled by Nov 15th

25% of the amount paid if cancelled by Dec 15th

No refunds after Dec 15th. Deposits will only be refunded if the tour is cancelled by the organizers.
